The Dead Weather Hits The Road Hard

After playing two special one-off shows in Nashville and NYC, it seemed only a matter of time before Jack White’s latest band The Dead Weather would announce their first full-blown tour. The band – which is made up of White on drums, along with bassist Jack Lawrence (The Greenhornes / Raconteurs), singer Alison Mosshart (The Kills) and guitarist Dean Fertita (QOTSA) – revealed that they will hit the road for a 28 date summer tour that will include stops at both the Outside Lands and Austin City Limits festivals.

A limited number of pre-sale tickets will be available for most shows starting tomorrow (May 13) at 12 PM EST via the band’s website, where fans will also be able to pre-order the band’s debut album Horehound which hits stores on July 14 at a discounted price. Here are the dates…
