Last May the Disco Biscuits descended upon Colorado for their third annual Bisco Inferno weekend. The jamtronica pioneers kicked off the action on the 26th and 27th with a pair of performances at Denver’s Ogden Theatre before heading to the world-renowned Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a headlining set on the 28th. All three complete performances will be available on DVD, Blu-Ray and in a variety of downloadable formats on January 31 and we’re giving away a copy a day to a lucky reader each day this week.
For this video release, the Disco Biscuits have teamed up with TourGigs, who have provided fans a full range of purchase options including DVD ($25 per show), Blu-Ray ($30 per show), 480p Standard Definition video files ($15 per show), 1080p High Definition video files ($22 per show) and 1080p “Ultra Quality” video files ($30 per show). There’s a 15% discount for those who buy the same format of all three shows.
As part of our Everybody Wins When We Plug Something And In Return They Offer Us Free Shit To Give Away program, we’re teaming up with the band and TourGigs to premiere video of one full song each day from this release and we’re also giving away a copy of all three shows in DVD or Blu-Ray format. To enter our contest, simply leave a comment below telling us about your favorite Disco Biscuits song. You can enter a second time by leaving a similar comment on the wall of the HT Facebook Page and a third time by following @hidden_track and tweeting the name and date of your favorite tDB jam (be sure to include both “@hidden_track” and #tdbferno” at the end of your tweet so that we see it). My favorite Biscuits jam of all time is the 2nd jam of Save the Robots in the apocalyptic flood of Jam on the River 07. It seemed almost as if the Gods were building up the storm as the jam progressed, and with the lights shut down and the stage blowing apart, the band literally seemed like statues, standing perfectly in place, playing their instruments to what appeared to be the end of all things. For anyone present, the memory of that event will never die, and the jam always brings it back in crystal clarity.
I-man. been a bisco fan a long time, but went to college in the south (02-06) and missed a lot of shows. caught them in tampa/st pete like twice. really missed out on the full transition into the UNTZ. someone put Trance-Fusion Radio 1 on at the pool one afternoon. and when they broke gangster into I-Man my fucking head exploded. i didn’t even know techno I-man existed at that point. changed everything.
My favorite song would have to be Munchkin Invasion. It has produced some of my favorite jams, and to the uninitiated, it just sounds like crazy circus music.

Technically not their song but Run Like Hell always puts a smile on my face. Strictly Bisco I’ll go Helicopters.
MEMPHIS 2009/04/19 is what I’m going back to lately. Actually the whole show is hot.

Orch Theme
Morph Dusseldorf, probably one of the best songs to split up and jam into the ending always a great time
Crickets from Cleveland House of Blues 6/5/09. The build up was amazing.
story of the world
My favorite Disco Biscuits song is Eulogy
HOPE
Listen to the lyrics and you will understand.
My favoriate has to be Story of the World (with 42, Shelby Rose, and Spraypaint as honorable mentions). I think the lyrics to SOTW are fantastic, and the music fits the song perfectly. Live it tends to lead to some euphoric and beautiful jams – what’s not to love!
Astronaut
it has most everything the Biscuits have to offer wrapped up into one song. From composition to blissco to dirty electro this song can bring it all
Uber Glue!!
Magellan. Can’t believe not a single person has said Magellan. So gorgeous!!
Definitely gotta go with “Once the Fiddler Paid” as my favorite. Can never get sick of it, such beautiful composition culminating into a raging guitar solo. Now I have to listen to it after thinking about it!
my favorite from the bisco inferno weekend in may was neck romancer the first night. and helicopters at red rocks both were amazing. i was the kid wearing the bandana in the front row, i got my mug shot taken and got on the album. one of the greatest honors in my life. Any time i hear the biscuits it brings a smile to my face.
BOMBS from camp X is my current favorite biscuits track! muchlvoe
my favorite would be digital buddha, but one of the best i have see live was the triumph jam at nashville 9-24-09
My favorite biscuits song is without question “Once The Fiddler Paid”. I feel that when they are locked in completely, and nail this tune there is not many musical experiences that can top it. After the 2001 Wetlands “Fiddler” it was cemented in history that this band can acomplish nearly anything…
i gotta go with lunar pursuit
Hands down my favorite track is Magellan. Outstanding composition and it never gets old.
blacklights and gin’n’tonics. wait. strobes and ‘tinis.
I’m gonna say Reactor is my favorite Biscuits tune….love the dark n dirrrty!
