Galactic Announces “Left Coast Run”

Galactic has announced their “Left Coast Run.” Set to begin on October 17th in Chico, California, the tour will span the West Coast before winding up in the band’s hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana for their Halloween night party at Tipitina’s Uptown. Galactic’s own Stanton Moore will pull double duty on the West Coast, supporting the dates with his powerhouse trio which features New Orleans organist extraordinaire Brian Coogan and Bay Area guitarist Will Bernard. This tour will include visits to San Diego’s and LA’s House of Blues, the Catalyst in Santa Cruz and San Fran’s Fillmore. As part of the “Left Coast Run” Galactic will also visit sunny Las Vegas to perform at this year’s Vegoose Music Festival to be held on October 28th and 29th at the Sam Boyd Stadium.

October 19, 2006 – House of Blues – San Diego, CA

October 20, 2006 – Galaxy Theatre – Santa Ana, CA

October 21, 2006 – House of Blues – West Hollywood, CA

October 22, 2006 – Marquee Theatre – Tempe, AZ

October 25, 2006 – Mystic Theatre – Petaluma, CA

October 26, 2006 – Harlow’s Night Club – Sacramento, CA

October 27, 2006 – The Catalyst – Santa Cruz, CA

October 28, 2006 – The Fillmore – San Francisco, CA

October 29, 2006 – Vegoose Music Festival – Las Vegas, NV

October 31, 2006 – Tipitina’s Uptown – New Orleans, LA
