The Wakarusa Festival went off without a hitch this weekend in Lawrence, Kansas. So far the reports have been positive, without mention of the police hassles and undercover surveillance. Hopefully the business owners realized the financial bonanza of 15,000 kidzz with disposable income coming through town when KU isn’t in session.
