The Fiery Furnaces have announced dates for a tour in support of their fifth full length disc, Widow City.
The duo will build buzz for the new CD with a free show August 26 at Socrates Scupture Park in New York City.
The band kicks off their tour October 9, the same day the Widow hits the streets, at Southgate House in Newport, Ky.
Other gigs on the schedule include The Annex in Madison, Wis. (October 11), Richard’s On Richards in Vancouver (October 15), The Independent in San Francisco (October 19), and the Troubadour in West Hollywood, Calif. (October 22).
