Brooklyn four-piece The Forms are thrilled to announce national tour dates this Fall, in support of their self-titled sophomore record, which just came October 23rd on the band’s own label, Threespheres/The Rebel Group. The tour kicks off October 30th with a record release party at New York’s Cake Shop, and wraps up November 20th at Portland’s Tonic Lounge.
