The iconic Pixies braved January’s winter blizzard to travel to Water Music in Hoboken, NJ to record an acoustic performance exclusively for a Spotify Session. Click HERE to check out the entire session, and check below to view a video clip of “Silver Snail” which was filmed during the performance.
The band – Black Francis (vocals, guitar), Joey Santiago (guitars), and David Lovering (drums) were joined by touring bassist Paz Lenchantin who played violin and sang background vocals, for a six song set comprised of four songs from Pixies just-released album, Indie Cindy, and two from the band’s 1987 debut, Come On Pilgrim.
