Django Django Share “Reflections” Video

Django Django, the British fourpiece comprised of Dave Maclean (producer/drummer), Vinnie Neff (singer/guitarist), Jimmy Dixon (bass) and Tommy Grace (synths), release their sophomore album, Born Under Saturn, next week via Ribbon Music (and Because overseas). Today, they present the exceptional video for second single, “Reflections,” which features the band transformed into otherworldly digital sculptures. Filmed at Framestore film studios, known for the film Gravity, director Natalia Stuyk describes her work as “a futuristic and surreal take on the traditional performance music video.” The digital version of the band’s performance was created through experimental use of Motion Capture and Face Shift technologies, enabling each band member and their very human movements to be morphed into an abstract sculpture of their own design.
