No Overlapping Sets at Allgood Music Festival

The folks who put on the All Good Music Festival have come up with a way to eliminate one of the things that sucks the most about music festivals.

The July 10-12 event at Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, W. Va., will deliver 40 hours of music on two adjacent stages in the main concert area.

Now here’s the good part: no overlapping sets! That means you won’t have to choose between Bob Weir & RatDog and Les Claypool. Or Buckethead and moe.

Other acts confirmed so far include Ben Harper and Relentless 7, STS9, Yonder Mountain String Band, Tea Leaf Green, SOJA, Bassnectar, Steve Kimock Crazy Engine, The New Mastersounds, Donna the Buffalo, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, Todd Snider, Cornmeal, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Ave and Fear Nuttin’ Band.

Lots and lots of additional artists are expected to sign on for this weekend of camping, music, microbrews, food and crafts, late night shows, interactive artisan workshops and kids activities in the scenic West Virginia mountains.

Early-bird tickets, which are priced at $109 and include camping and parking, are available at AllGood.MusicToday.com.
