Sounds Hot: Wilco Clears Out The Dusty Corners

The wet dream of Wilco fanboys and fangirls everywhere came true today with the announcement that the band plans to play their entire recorded catalog during a five-night residency at the Riviera Theatre in February.

Wilco

Wilco Guitarist/Singer/Driving Force/Beardface Jeff Tweedy explains the move: “Over the five nights, we will attempt the ‘complete Wilco’ and try to clear out the dusty corners of the catalog that we haven’t attended to in a while.”

The sure-to-be-epic shows will take place on February 15th, 16th, 18th, 19th and 20th. Tickets go on sale exclusively to Wilco World members on Wednesday at 10 am, with the general public getting their chance on Saturday at 10 am. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for a webcast, because scoring these tickets will be harder than being a Dolphins’ fan.

  2. Wait, so does this mean they’re not gonna play Jesus Etc at every show? That’s bullshit. I could see that every night and be happy.
