A few months back we reported on a story which a UK tabloid was circulating that the late Kurt Cobain’s ashes had been stolen from Courtney Love’s Hollywood home. Well, fast forward a few months and we’ve got the next chapter in the story. According to NME, Australian artist Natascha Stellmach has come into possession of some of the Nirvana front man’s ashes and plans on smoking them in a joint as part of an art exhibition entitled Set Me Free on October 11 at the Wagner & Partner Gallery in Berlin, Germany. We can’t make this shit up kids, even if we tried.

In a effort get you excited too, they have asked a number of musicians to give their thoughts on the democratic process by asking them three simple, yet to the point questions about the election, music and politics. Over the course of the next 31 days they will be revealing the answers, first up Drive-By Truckers lead singer Patterson Hood. What a cool concept.
