Jersey City Councilman Pisses on DSO Fans

If you’ve ever been to Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club you’re probably familiar with the extremely zealous security at the venue. You can’t get away with shit…or apparently piss as Jersey City Councilman Steven Lipski found out the hard way at a Dark Star Orchestra concert this past Friday night.

Some time during the first set Lipski lived out the dream of Jerry-hating music fans everywhere by relieving himself from the balcony on a mass of Deadheads packed on the floor below. The 44-year-old Councilman, who also is the head of a Charter School, was charged with simple assault according to the Daily News. Apparently, Lipski attends many Dark Star Orchestra shows and participates on the band’s message board as Jersey Steve.

This is my personal outrage at the individual who decided to pull his penis out of his pants in the balcony at the 9:30 club on Friday and urinate on the crowd below. Your a Fuck Stick! You might just as well have pissed on the band in my opinion. Your a disgrace to the community and should be ashamed of your self. The irony is it’s someone on this board who is a frequent poster and claims to be a fan of the band. Well sir fans like you we don’t need. You pissed on hard working fans who paid good money to come to our show. How do you think they will remember their experience? There is no excuse for this and I ask you sir to please don’t come to shows anymore. If you can’t keep your dick in your pants take it someplace else. I am outraged!

Councilman Lipski’s office hasn’t responded to any inquiries about the Golden Shower Incident, but we can’t wait to see what Fuckstick has to say when he gets into work on Monday. As for DSO, while any publicity is good publicity we’re sure this is a story they wish they weren’t involved with. The best Grateful Dead tribute band in the world continues their Rex Caravan Tour on Tuesday in Concord, NH where they will celebrate their 11th Anniversary.
