The Dead’s Spring Fling

On the heels of Phil & Bobby’s monster throw down last night in San Francisco, and as expected by anyone that got the latest issue of Relix in their mailbox over the last few days The Dead will in fact hit the road this Spring for a 19 date arena tour that will hit a number of familiar – albeit corporate renamed – rooms across the country. The mostly East Coast-centric tour kicks off on April 12 in Greensboro, NC and heads North before heading West and closing at the Shoreline Amphitheater on May 10.

The reformed band will include the core four of Bobby, Phil, Mickey and Billy along with Warren Haynes and Jeff Chimenti. Ticket presale begins on January 13, while regular onsale is January 23. Check out the dates…
