Rounded out what I needed 2 tix for 12/2 (and decent tix at that) – already got 12/3 & 12/5 from pre-order
I was parked in the waiting room for a bit but i finally got in to the area where you request tickets and seat selection. After making my request for best available and hitting submit I had to keep hitting continue and was able to score two tickets for Friday (the night one of my friends didnt have for himself) Got the lower level section 115 which is behind stage but we are in the door. and then attempted and was also sucessful for saturday and got 2 tickets. Im a local for Albany too fwiw.
I got tickets to both of the nights I was after MSG 2 & 3.
I got 12/2, and a friend got a wheelchair/disability ticket for 12/3 – do you think they’ll be strict about that? Does that make him a bad person? 12/4 I got totally shut out. Boo ticketmaster.

I got 2 for 12/3 MSG. This is the FIRST TIME in 2009 that I have successfully gotten Phush tickets through Ticketmaster. I had only ONE browser window open at a time and let it run its course until it timed out or I got tickets. I only had to resubmit once. Maybe this system works best, maybe I was jsut lucky. Either way, I was glad to get them.
Pulled 1 single at 10:15 and then kept trying and pulled another single at 10:30 (for ‘cuse) So I got what I was looking for, sorta.
Almost gave up for Syracuse and decided to try again for a single at 10:45ish. Got it! Couldn’t get through for 2nd night Albany 🙁
I got up at 7:30 pacific and cleaned up my computer. Got on the Ticketbastard site and opened up a separate window for each MSG show. I got on the official US time website and right at 8:00:00 I hit refresh on all three windows, asked for one ticket and hit submit. Waiting…waiting….about 4 minutes in my heart sank: You have multiple windows open, close them and try again. DAMN! I had them open for different shows, that sucks it did that. Of course, by the time I got back on and did each one separately, they were long gone. Oh well, that’s $1,000 saved between tickets + flight + hotel + stuff.
I tried for MSG 12/4 1st and got a great seat. But by the the time I was able to go for 12/2 and 12/3 they were gone. So I’ll be doing last 2 shows of tour since I scored charlottesville thru phish tix. Hoping to also pick up Philly tommorow.
