GSW Update: A Note From The Band

It looks like we’re not the only ones excited about the GSW reunion as every single ticket to both shows were snatched up during the pre-sale this morning within 30 minutes.

Our two shows scheduled for July 9th and 10th at the Gramercy Theater in NYC sold out this morning in about half an hour. While we are blown away by your response to our reunion plans we are also very aware that many of you were unable to purchase tickets to both nights or, in many cases, shut out completely.
While we don’t have plans currently for additional shows you have made it very clear that there is a calling for such. Please bear with us while we consider our options.

We thank you very much for your support of both the band and also for the reason we are doing these shows, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Thanks to your support this morning we have just raised a wonderful chunk of money for them. Well done all of you!

More soon.
Tom, Lo, Dan, Jon, Aaron and Mike

We’ll keep you updated with any further word from the GSW camp.

I haven’t seen God Street since probably 1998. Haven’t been this excited for a show in a very long time! Bring on Wendy, Into The Sea, Imogene, Molly, so many great tunes!

Crapola. I thought only a limited number of tix would be going through the pre-sale. I missed the boat…Into The Sea!

I’m so excited for this. Being from the Midwest, I didn’t get to see them too many times, twice total I think and one was at a HORDE show.

Thanks so much to Michael and Scotty B and everyone else involved for all the hard work and inspiration to get this off the ground.
