The Swell Season had a rough August following the suicide of a fan during one of their shows in Saratoga, CA. But they are a tremendously talented act and if you missed it the first time, be sure to check out a re-airing of their appearance on Jimmy Kimmel on Monday night. And if you haven’t seen the movie Once, which stars both Swell Season members Glen Hansard from the Irish band The Frames and Marketa Irglova, a classically trained Czech pianist and vocalist, I highly recommend checking it out.
