In perhaps the biggest music related tragedy since the Station Night Club Fire in 2013, 112 people were killed in a gruesome terror attack at the Batalacan Theatre in Paris where the Eagles of Death Metal were playing. Jesse Hughes and the rest of the band on stage are reported to have escaped through the back door, (Josh Homme was not playing on the current tour) although the band’s sound-man is still unaccounted for. This terrorist attacks at the concert were in conjunction of a series of coordinated attacks in Paris Friday night. For more information stay tuned to CNN or other national news outlets.
