White Denim has announced that their new album Stiff will be out on March 25th. Listen to the first track, “Holda You (I’m Psycho)” below which premiered at NPR and judging from the sound of the track, the band is taking a classic rock turn on their sound. Stiff is the follow up to 2013’s Corsicana Lemonade, which featured the single “Pretty Green.” 2011’s D, of course is considered one of the strongest albums of that period and made fans out of Jeff Tweedy, who later invited White Denim to open on their 2012 The Whole Love tour. White Denim frontman James Petralli made a splash in critical corners under the Bop English moniker which made Glide’s best of the year list.
