High Sierra Music today announced the initial artist lineup of the 26th Annual High Sierra Music Festival running June 30-July 3, 2016 at the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds in Quincy, CA. The Festival’s 25th annual in 2015 enjoyed record-breaking attendance and unforgettable musical performances.
