Two of the most influential iconic woman in rock (Chrissie Hynde) and Stevie Nicks) graced the stage of the Wells Fargo Center in Philly Sunday night. The Pretenders, touring in support of their superb new album “Alone,” opened up the show. Their setlist was a perfect mix of new and old and a satisfied audience gave them a thunderous ovation at the end. Stevie Nicks set was a mix of songs from her vast catalog of solo work and songs from Fleetwood Mac. Highlight of the show? Stevie Nicks is about as daring as mashed potatoes.
and you’re probably just as exciting….
Appropriate analogy for Thanksgiving Day.
These artists are “to die for”.
Stevie Nicks has a lovely South Western voice and I like it that Chrissie Hynde modestly travels around London on the red buses.
