Lumerians, The Kills, Teenage Fanclub, Black Mountain, Cat Power Light Up Starry Nites Festival (PHOTOS)

The Starry Nites Music Festival took place  Live Oak Campground in Santa Barbara on March 18th and 19th. The two-day event was nestled atop a hill with four stages and 37 acts and featured local acts along with legacy acts and top billers The Kills, Teenage Fan Club, Cat Power and The Dandy Warhols.
