Bob Weir will play a standalone date at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado with The Campfire Band—comprised of Bryan Devendorf, Scott Devendorf, Josh Kaufman, Steve Kimock and Jon Shaw. The date will mark Jerry Garcia’s 75th birthday. Pre-sale tickets are available on June 14 via Tickets Today and on sale June 16 at 10AM.
The show will also feature The Jerry Garcia 75th Birthday Band including Melvin Seals, Jackie Labranch, Gloria Jones, Oteil Burbridge, Kamasi Washington, Tom Hamilton and Duane Trucks with more additions to follow.
Weir is currently touring across America with Dead & Company featuring Grateful Dead members Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann along with John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti.
Following the Red Rocks date he’ll perform at LOCKN’—appearing alongside Phil Lesh and The Terrapin Family Band—in Arrington, VA.
