The Main Squeeze Release ‘Squeeze LIVE Vol. 1’ For Hurricane Relief

Last year, The Main Squeeze — a band melding soulful funk with rock n’ roll —relocated from their hometown of Chicago to the bustling city of Los Angeles, CA which has arguably inspired their music. Initially heading to the West Coast to record their latest studio album, Without A Soundthe City of Angels so completely inspired their creative process that they decided to make a permanent change. Earlier this year, during their tour in support of the newest studio effort, the band recorded their performances at Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Bowl, Boulder, CO’s Fox Theatre and New Orleans, LA’s Blue Nile, with the ultimate intention of releasing a live record.

Enter Squeeze LIVE Vol 1., their new live record now exclusively available via Nugs.net. In an effort to counteract the devastating damage of the recent hurricanes, all proceeds from SqueezeLIVE Vol 1. will be donated to the Salvation Army Hurricane Relief Fund , as the band is grateful to help those affected through music. The live release comes just before the band’s second part of the Without a Sound tour in late September.

Since being discovered by legendary producer, Randy Jackson , who helped to produce their 2015 album, Mind Your Head, the band has gone onto play at Red Rocks Amphitheatre , perform at high-profile music festivals like Bonnaroo Electric Forest, Summer Camp and High Sierra and share stages with notable acts including TheRoots,AloeBlacc, Jane’s Addiction, Umphrey’s McGee and Trombone Shorty. Through the process, they’ve built a fanbase that has translated into sold out venues for headline shows across the country.
