Screaming Femaies New Tour & Album

New Jersey’s Screaming Females have unveiled details on their new album, new single, and a string of free shows.

For the trio’s fifth album, Ugly, the group enlisted legendary engineer, Steve Albini (Pixies, Nirvana, PH Harvey), to help capture the band’s live energy with sonic clarity.

Before the April release of Ugly, the group will release the album’s first single, "It All Means Nothing," on February 11 at the Don Giovanni Records Showcase in Brooklyn, NY. The 7" single will also feature a live version of "A New Kid" on the b-side. This recording is from a session at the WFMU radio station.

After the showcase, the trio will head out to perform a slew of free shows at record and bookstores where the new single will be exclusively available.

Check out the tour dates below along with Ugly‘s tracklist.
