Fleet Foxes Announce Exclusive 7″ Record Available on Record Store Day

Fleet Foxes have announced a special-edition 7” to be released on Record Store Day, April 21, 2018. The A-side features a special recording of the title track to their 2017 album Crack-Up, performed with renowned Icelandic women’s choir Graduale Nobli at Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik, just before the band headlined Iceland Airwaves last year. On the B-side is an intimate version of “In The Morning” recorded live at the 2017 Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland.

Fleet Foxes’ extensive tour is underway and features upcoming festival plays at Coachella, Boston Calling, and Shaky Knees, as well as two nights at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, the first of which has sold out; tickets are still available for the second. Amen Dunes, the indie rock project whose recently released track “Blue Rose” was just named Best New Track by Pitchfork, will join Fleet Foxes for select dates. The full itinerary is below with newly added dates in bold.

These spring dates come on the heels of an exceptional 2017. Following their highly anticipated return from a six-year hiatus, Fleet Foxes released an internationally beloved full-length album, Crack Up; sold out notable venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Hollywood Bowl.
