Atlanta’s Buried Alive Film Festival Wants You To Submit Your Movies

The Buried Alive Film Festival is now taking submissions from filmmakers the world over. Now in its 13th year, the BAFF currently has an open call for horror films to screen at Atlanta’s premiere genre film festival.

They also stress how they’re looking to celebrate the work of outsiders. In fact, they’re looking for “WEIRD, FUCKED UP, AND CREEPY SHIT” (their words). You have until May 31st — though late submissions will be accepted until September 16th.

So, if you’ve got the kind of movie that you can’t imagine finding an audience, Atlanta’s premiere genre film festival just might be for you. For more information on submitting, click here.

The festival will be held November 13th-18th at the 7 stages theater in Atlanta, and promises this year will include the same kind of fun events mixed in with their forthcoming slate of films. For information on buying tickets, check out their website here.
