Chris Robinson Brotherhood Announce Oct/Nov Tour Dates – New Studio LP Completed

Currently in the middle of an extensive summer tour, the Chris Robinson Brotherhood continue to prove themselves one of the hardest working bands in the country announcing another 33 headline U.S. shows in October and November. Criss-crossing “Freak America” performing two sets and three hours of music a night, The CRB begin at Higher Ground in Burlington followed by handful of dates in the Northeast. They then blanket the Midwest, making stops along the way at Majestic Theatre in Madison, First Avenue in Minneapolis and Delmar Music Hall in St. Louis. From there the tour heads to the Southeast—among the highlights are shows at Variety Playhouse in Robinson’s former Atlanta hometown, The Orange Peel in Asheville and two nights at Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh. They conclude the run back in the Northeast, including appearances at the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC two nights at Ardmore Music Hall just outside of Philadelphia and their first ever performance at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn.

“It’s our world that we’ve created and the music is committed to being harmonic and beautiful,” explains Chris Robinson in a recent conversation with Providence Journal. “These are songs that have some sort of emotional component and they’re in a place where people can feel comfortable to be themselves. At the end of the day, they can dance for a couple of hours.”
