Divine Fits, a/k/a Britt Daniel (Spoon), Dan Boeckner (Wolf Parade) and Sam Brown (New Bomb Turks), will release their debut single “My Love Is Real” July 31 on Merge Records. Pre-orders for the 7-inch single, which features the exclusive non-album B-side “I Was Born in a Laundromat,” are being taken now in the Merge Store.
“My Love Is Real” is the first full song to surface from Divine Fits’ debut album, produced by Nick Launay (Public Image Ltd, Killing Joke, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and to be released later this year by Merge in the U.S., by Universal in Canada, and Anti- in Europe.
