Waterloo Music Festival is a new, independent, three-day jam music and camping festival based in Austin, Texas, at Carson Creek Ranch, and the inaugural event will be held September 7-9, 2018. Founded by Heard Presents, Havin’ A Ball Productions, and Unknown Entertainment, Waterloo Music Festival will feature three full days of nationally renowned jam bands performing alongside the city’s finest artists in a relaxed and spacious environment. The event will be held at Carson Creek Ranch, a venue just ten minutes from downtown Austin with over 60 acres of pecan tree-lined campgrounds and scenic views from the banks of the Colorado River.
Waterloo Music Festival has a strong, jam-focused and genre-spanning music lineup with artists across the jam spectrum, including The String Cheese Incident (headlining all three nights of the fest), Oteil & Friends, featuring acclaimed bassist Oteil Burbridge and “friends” Jay Lane, John Kadlecek, and Jeff Chimenti (Burbridge and Chimenti are also both members of touring jam rock group Dead & Company), Joe Russo’s Almost Dead / JRAD (recently featured in New York Times and playing in Texas for the first time, Reggae group Easy Star All-Stars performing Dub Side of the Moon, funk legends Pimps of Joytime and many more.
3-Day tickets include access to the festival with camping ($269) and without ($179).
