Portland, Oregon Gets a Dose of Grateful Dead with Phil Lesh and The Terrapin Family Band (PHOTOS/SETLIST)

Phil Lesh and The Terrapin Family Band treated Portland, Oregon to a pair of shows on Friday and Saturday, February 1st and 2nd.

Joining Lesh onstage were Grahame Lesh on guitar and vocals, Ross James on guitar and vocals, Alex Koford on guitar and vocals, Jason Crosby on piano and violin, Elliot Peck on vocals and Nathan Graham on drums.

On Saturday, in addition to Grateful Dead staples, the band played a Ross James original tune (“El Paso”) as well as an Alex Koford/Hunter original (“Mercury”). Ross James also playfully led the band on an impromptu run through Link Wray’s “Rumble” before the “Jack Straw” that officially began the second set.
