LA rock quartet Dawes are pleased to announce their upcoming tour of independent record stores throughout the U.S. As the band’s way of showing appreciation to supportive indie retail and their devoted fans, Dawes will be traveling the country performing songs off their forthcoming album titled Stories Don’t End in the most intimate of settings. The tour will begin at Waterloo Records in Austin, TX (SXSW) and continue with performances in Dallas, TX, Nashville, TN, Baltimore, MD, Portland, ME, Burlington, VT, and Minneapolis, MN.
Produced by Jacquire King (Tom Waits, Kings of Leon, Norah Jones, etc.) and being released on April 9, Stories Don’t End is Dawes’ first release on their own label, HUB Records. The album’s first single, "From A Window Seat," recently premiered on RollingStone.com and will also be performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday, May 16.
