Shortly after announcing a New Year’s Eve show at Mohawk in Austin, TX, rock band Delta Spirit is ready to get back on the road for their first North American headlining tour in five years. The shows will kick off March 11 in San Francisco, CA and wrap May 2 in Atlanta, GA. See full tour routing below. Tickets go on sale on November 15th at 10am local time. The band will also play High Water Festival in North Charleston, SC on April 18 and Shaky Knees Music Festival in Atlanta, GA on May 3.
Delta Spirit, comprised of Matthew Vasquez (vocalist), Kelly Winrich (multi-instrumentalist/vocalist), Will McLaren (guitarist), Jon Jameson (bassist) and Brandon Young (drummer), formed in the winter of 2005. After a decade of extensive touring and releasing four studio albums, the group decided to take a rest and return when the time felt right.
“For the first time in years, the energy feels right when we’re together,” says Vasquez. “We can’t wait to play these songs and be back on stage as a band. This is just the beginning. We hope our fans are ready to pick back up where we left off and are excited to see what else we have in store for them.”
