During 2020’s quarantine, Chicano Batman brought their new music to life via a socially-distant performance of their single “Color my life” for The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and an NPR Tiny Desk (Home) concert, of which NPR said, “Even as they each perform in their home music spaces, they can’t avoid bringing it all together to give us a Chicano Batman performance that grooves hard and brings a smile to our faces.” Later in the year, the band came together to perform a visually stunning audience-less concert at LA’s famed Hollywood Bowl.
