She started her musical journey as a child growing up in a Jamaican household in southeast London, listening to an array of musical talent, but what really seemed to speak to her was 70s soul. She nurtured this natural interest attending live music jams and jazz nights across the capital, which finally saw her releasing her first single in 2020

Many hurtful things have happened in my life though I have only grown from them and they have caused me to see things in a different light. This made me realize that some things just don’t belong in your life and you need to go out and find what works for you.”
