When speaking about Wake up Sunshine, Raelle says, “this project represents the closing of a chapter in my life and I feel like a completely different person from when I first started the project. Many hurtful things have happened in my life though I have only grown from them and they have caused me to see things in a different light. This made me realize that some things just don’t belong in your life and you need to go out and find what works for you.”
