LISTEN: Fletcher Milloy’s Conversational Vocals Prove Compelling Via “LA Girls”

LA experimental artist, Fletcher Milloy is back with his brand new single, “LA Girls.” The song is raw and blown out lo-fi indie pop, boasting a captivating bounce and truly luscious melodic flair. “LA Girls” has modern feels with a cool 80’s infusion, blended with strong vocal charisma and concise instrumental spacing.

“LA Girls” was written about the dating scene during the COVID lockdown. The lyrics are playful and poke fun at not being ‘cool enough’, while the instrumentation is filled with pent-up energy and emotion that stems from a lack of human connection. Influenced by the conversational vocal approach of LCD Soundsystem and well as early 70’s rock n roll spirit, a guitar solo closes out the song expressing the frustration of young adulthood that words cannot,” says Milloy
