Rage Against The Machine is gearing up for their tour of North America this summer. Today (June 10), the band took to Instagram to post a snippet of them rehearsing for their upcoming gigs, and they sound like they never left their prime.
The world became mesmerized by Rage Against The Machine almost immediately. They are credited as the pioneers of the Rap-Metal fusion genre and their debut self-titled LP from 1992 is widely regarded as a classic. Their genre-bending sound prevents any labels from being placed on the band, giving them free reign to mold their sound into anything at any time.
With their last album being released over two decades ago, the fact they are still doing big tours like the one they’re preparing for speaks volumes about the connection their music has made with fans.
The band is kicking off their 2022 Summer tour on July 9 at the Alpine Valley Music Theater in East Troy, Wisconsin before hitting the rest of the country. Check out the full dates and listen to their live snippet below.
