My Chemical Romance made a return to its nearby New Jersey stomping grounds with a sold-out performance at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center on August 29th. Opening with their new tune “Foundations of Decay,” the band performed all the big ones including “Teenagers,” I’m Not Okay ( I Promise),” “Hang “Em High,” “Vampire Money,” “Give ‘Em Hell, Kid” and “Welcome To The Black Parade.” Photos by Cathy Poulton
