Hardly Strictly Bluegrass today announces the fourth round of additions to their highly anticipated live return to San Francisco, CA’s Golden Gate Park on September 30-October 2. The three-day, multi-stage, free music festival today adds ELVIS COSTELLO, STEVE EARLE & THE DUKES, THE TRAVELIN’ MCCOURYS, BOB SCHNEIDER, MOONALICE, CYMANDE, AROOJ AFTAB, CEDRIC WATSON, ALISON BROWN, and JIM LAUDERDALE to its line-up. Today’s additions were teased yesterday by the final exclusive medley — streaming now on the official Hardly Strictly Bluegrass website and HSB22 app (available for Apple and Android devices HERE).
In addition to his afternoon show in the park, the legendary Elvis Costello also announces “Elvis Sings Hunter-Garcia,” a benefit for Prader-Willi Homes Of California. The rare, intimate concert, a tribute to the iconic songwriting of Grateful Dead contributor Robert Hunter and the band’s visionary singer/guitarist Jerry Garcia, will take place the night of September 30 at The Great American Music Hall.
