Rival Sons, The Record Company & Starcrawler Prove Fiery Lead Singers Still Rule at Philadelphia’s Franklin Music Hall (PHOTOS)

Rival Sons brought their Darkfighter tour to Philadelphia’s Franklin Music Hall on Saturday 6/3. The band is touring in support of Darkfighter their highly anticipated follow-up to 2019’s Grammy-nominated Feral Roots album that dropped on Friday, June 2nd.

The show opened up with the female-fronted Starcrawler led by Arrow De Wilde and the band tore through their wildly entertaining set which ran the gamut from punk, glam, and rock. The Record Company was up next. This three-piece (Chris Vos, Alex Stiff and Mark Cazorla) has garnered a reputation of being a must-see live band, and their set of blues-infused rock molded perfectly with the headliners who continue to put on a clinic of ’70s influenced hard rock, where the lead singer still wails and the lead guitarist knows how to riff.
