The Cult played to an attentive, appreciative crowd on Sunday, October 15th at Portland, Oregon’s Roseland Theater. After 40 years playing together, founding members Ian Astbury (vocals) and Billy Duffy (guitar) were in fine form, leading the band through a solid, powerful set of pure rock n’ roll. The group played a couple of tracks from 2022 album Under The Midnight Sun, but also pulled a lot of tracks from 80s albums such as Sonic Temple and Electric.
