Arcade Fire have announced an extensive North American arena tour behind their new album Reflektor set to kick off next March and run through August. The trek starts March 6th at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky and wraps up August 30th with a homecoming show at Montreal’s Parc Jean-Drapeau. With their being no southern California dates and no shows booked the 2014 Coachella weekends of 4/11 -4/13/14 and 4/18/-4/20/14, it appears likely the band will be headlining this year’s first big festival.
Arcade Fire have played a handful of shows in Brooklyn, Los Angeles and Montreal already in support of their fourth LP, but most have been pretty small with the band often performing under the name the Reflektors.
Tickets go on sale November 22nd.
