Last August, Wilco threw a three-day festival at MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA called Solid Sound and yesterday the group announced that they will return to the site for a second go at the seemingly annual event on June 24-26. Look for more information on Solid Sound 2011 on January 18th, when promoters expect to announce more details.

Finally, the initial lineup for the 2011 Telluride Bluegrass Festival has been revealed and includes Robert Plant and Band of Joy, Yonder Mountain String Band and Railroad Earth. Other acts confirmed for the June 16-19 event are the Telluride House Band featuring Sam, Béla, Jerry, Edgar, Bryan & Stuart, Sam Bush Band, Cornmeal, The Infamous Stringdusters, Béla Fleck & the Original Flecktones, Emmylou Harris and Tim O’Brien Band.
