Tour Dates: Dead Confederate To Cover Neil

If we learned anything from 2010, it was that both bands and fans still love the trend of covering classic albums in their entirety. For those that find themselves in and around the great state of Georgia over the next week and a half, we thought we’d point you in the direction of some special shows that Dead Confederate will be playing. The Southern-rock band has announced they will cover Neil Young’s 1974 album Tonight’s The Night at four concerts in their home state on December 23 and from 28-30 with tickets still available for most of the shows on this special run.

If you can’t make any of these special full album shows, then maybe you’ll be able to hit one of these recently announced tours…

Finally, last week the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame revealed its new class of inductees, which included original shock rocker Alice Cooper. Cooper followed in the footstep of many other Rock Hall inductees when he announced that he will reunite with the surviving members of his original band, which broke up back in 1976, to perform during the induction ceremonies on March 14 in New York City. Cooper also hinted to Rolling Stone about the possibility of the band doing a short tour together next spring that would hit cities that supported the band during their heyday.
