We keep our eyes peeled for new tour dates announcements each week and compile them on Tuesdays for this handy column…
Since releasing their debut album North Hills in 2009, former Blips act Dawes have seemingly been on the road non-stop winning over fans with their brand of quintessential California country rock, and have moved up the ranks from an unknown support act to headliners and festival favorites.
On June 9, the band will release their highly anticipated sophomore album Nothing Is Wrong via ATO Records. Last Thursday, Dawes announced a full slate of summer dates that kicks off on May 5 at Fitzgerald’s in Houston, TX and includes stops at High Sierra, the Winnipeg Folk Festival and a three-show run opening for Bright Eyes.
If you’re not into a night with Dawes, then maybe you’ll be interested in hitting one of these recently announced tours…
