If you follow @WidespreadPanic on Twitter and saw setlist tweets coming in this morning you might have thought Twitter was on the fritz, but there was nothing wrong with your feed. Widespread Panic took the stage at the Fuji Rock Festival at 8:20 AM ET for their first of two performances at the famed event, marking the jam titans Japanese debut.

The group, which is celebrating their 25th anniversary this year, focused on classic material for their first show in Japan, with heavy rotation favorites around every corner of the two-hour-plus set. Also of note, keyboardist Joe Tatton of The New Mastersounds lent his skills to Fishwater. Widespread Panic’s trip to Japan concludes tomorrow with their Fuji Rock finale.
