Fort Lean sure knows how to rub it in. As we all brace ourselves for the throes of a another winter, this surging Brooklyn band released a video for a “get me the hell out of here” anthem about a Beach Holiday. This band seems to thrive on the idea of better weather, boasting the mantra, “At Fort Lean, which is a place you can go, the weather is perfect all the time.” Apparently, the chipper outlook is paying off, as the band garnered a bunch of attention for their debut self-titled EP as well as at this past year’s CMJ. In other words, the deck is stacked in Fort Lean’s favor to drop a full-length and take over the world, if only for a minute.
