Midlake To Tour The U.S.

With the release on ‘The Trials of Van Occupanther’ earlier this year Midlake has been lauded as one of the most unique and refreshing bands of recent memory.   They’ve been widely held up as a favorite new band by the likes of Thom Yorke, Beck, Danny Masterson (of That 70’s Show), Jason Lee (My Name is Earl), Arcade Fire, and Paul Weller.

This will be the band’s first headlining US tour since the release of ‘Van Occupanther’ and with the long list of magazines name checking it  as one of the best of ’06 this will be one of the most anticipated tours of the new year.
