Bright Eyes is to bejoined by famous pals at an anti-war benefit.
‘Bring ‘Em Home Now’, which takes place on March 20, is a concert to benefit the anti-war organizations Veterans for Peace and Iraq Veterans Against the War. It will take place at New York’s Hammersmith Ballroom.
REM’s Michael Stipe, Public Enemy’s Chuck D, Rufus Wainwright, Fischerspooner and Peaches are all set to play.
The gig will be held on the fourth anniversary of the US invasion of Iraq.
Actress Janeane Garofalo will broadcast her Air American Radio program ‘The Majority Report’ live from the show, reports MTV.
