Radio Woodstock and world renowned guitarist Warren Haynes’ (Gov’t Mule & The Allman Brothers Band) third annual Mountain Jam Music Festival will take place Friday through Sunday, June 1st – June 3rd at beautiful Hunter Mountain in Hunter, NY.
Gov’t Mule, the band integral to Mountain Jam’s development, will headline Friday and Saturday. Due to popular demand, Mountain Jam has expanded to a three day event, and has announced that Phil Lesh & Friends will headline Sunday evening.
Radio Woodstock’s Gary Chetkof, said "With the addition of Phil Lesh & Friends we feel that this year’s event will be the best Mountain Jam Festival yet and, without a doubt, one of the best rock festivals this Summer."
A founding member of the venerable American musical institution, the Grateful Dead, Phil Lesh (www.phillesh.net) continues to inspire. The world-class musicians that have passed through Phil Lesh & Friends, including Warren Haynes, have thrilled audiences with their high-flying improvisations and timeless renditions of Grateful Dead classics. The band features Lesh (bass, vocals), Haynes (guitar, vocals), John Molo (drums), John Scofield (guitar), and Steve Molitz (keyboards).
