Two New Ramones Movies Due
Groundbreaking punk band The Ramones will have 2 films out in the near future. The first one titled End of the Century: The Ramones Story is described as a dark movie by Johnny Ramone. He mentions it portrays the band as bunch of drug addicts and alcoholics, but is ironically fairly accurate. The movie directed by Michael Gramaglia and Jim Fields features interviews with members of the Clash, Blondie, Sex Pistols and surviving Ramones members. The directors reportedly got shots on camera of Joey Ramone during his final days, that struck a sensitive nerve with people in the Ramones family.
